Silimed uses our customer service, order follow-up, return process optimization through the MEDIOT smart box, up to e-invoicing, in short a total solution tailored to their needs. By means of the MEDIOT smart box, unused implants are quickly and efficiently retrieved in a specifically developed box.

The cooperation between the two companies previously resulted in good brand penetration in the Benelux region and with this move both companies are solidifying themselves to ensure growth in the European region.
