Logistiek bediende
Medical Logistics biedt een volledig gamma van diensten aan die als een verlengstuk van medical device producenten- of distributeurs kunnen fungeren. Medical Logistics treedt op als partner voor het uitvoeren van warehousing, logistiek en klantenservice, dat is waar we goed in zijn.
Van dringende (white glove) leveringen, over het opnieuw in balans brengen of verpakken, klantenservice, e-facturatie, kortom alles wat een bedrijf in de medische wereld nodig heeft.
Functiebeschrijving
Voor de vacature als Logistiek bediende zoeken we een kandidaat met veel goesting om er in te vliegen. Jouw takenpakket ziet er zo uit:
- You and your colleagues are the link between customers, sales, transportation and warehouse
- You manage the orders of the end customers
- You follow up on all files so that there is a good flow and each party stays informed
- Here we speak mainly of administrative tasks
- Establish logistical links
- Je werkt hands on (360 graden) mee in het logistieke process zodat je voeling met de producten krijgt
Job Requirements
For the Logistics Clerk job, we expect a motivated candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- You are smooth and pleasant to deal with and make contact easily
- You are an enthusiastic and inquisitive person who enjoys a wide range of tasks
- With your customer-oriented attitude, you actively contribute to the reputation of the branch
- You are a collegial person, you have administrative talent and you can easily work with a PC
- At the same time, you like to put the finishing touches on things. You work accurately and pay attention to efficient work organization
- In doing so, you are an example to the team and you are flexible enough to support your colleagues where needed
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt goede noties van het Frans, kennis van Duits en Engels is een pluspunt
- Preferably you have SAP experience
- Afinity with healthcare is nice but not necessary
